This fast-paced, technical role is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, independent, and entrepreneurial individual who does whatever it takes to get the job done. You will travel widely and frequently, for industry events, trade fairs and client meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and train the regional distributor network, organise customer visits
- Provide technical and regulatory support to address customer inquiries
- Support regulatory and certification compliance across Asian markets
- Plan and execute seminars, webinars, and trade show participation
- Drive sales growth and diversification into new market opportunities
- Generate forecasts, reports, and analytics to support data-driven decisions
- Oversee marketing tools, social media presence, and website maintenance
Candidate Requirements:
- Degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry or a related field
- Written and spoken fluency in Mandarin and English is essential
- Demonstrable B2B sales experience within cosmetics, preferably with cosmetic active ingredients
- Thorough knowledge of the Global Regulatory environment, including NMPA, halal and natural certifications
- Happy to travel regularly within the region and beyond
