Key Responsibilities
- Assist with planning and management of marketing campaigns across all channels, working closely with marketing managers and creative teams
- Maintain detailed schedules and provide updates on marketing activities using online database tools
- Work with influencers and agencies on content creation, approving briefs, and running promotions
- Schedule and publish social media posts and new content releases across platforms to drive sales
- Analyse performance data and ROI metrics to identify potential improvements in marketing strategy and plans
- Help develop and maintain a pipeline of NPD ideas and projects, liaising with stakeholders along the critical path
- Present the brand and manage ongoing marketing activities with key customers in the UK and beyond
The ideal candidate will be bright and driven, with excellent numerical skills and strong commercial acumen.
Experience of working with FMCG brands in the health & beauty industry is a strong advantage.
