A pioneering, science-led skincare company is seeking an experienced Business Development
Manager to propel the growth of their Salon Partnerships network. In this field-based position, you'll nurture strong relationships with valued salon partners, providing
specialist advice and strategies to drive sales and enhance client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Foster collaborative, productive partnerships with accounts across the region through high-level communication and outstanding service
- Deliver account-specific, engaging presentations that educate salon staff and promote the company’s portfolio of innovative products
- Identify and maximise opportunities to expand listings, conduct team training, increase treatment offerings
- Continuously develop creative ways to engage accounts and motivate them to achieve ambitious sales targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with broader business objectives
Candidate Requirements:
- Record of success in business development for a hair, beauty or wellbeing brand
- Excellent presentation and training skills to educate clients
- Commercially astute with solid analytical and negotiation skills
- A creative mindset and can-do attitude
- Experience of running a territory or area, selling into hairdressers, salons or clinics
- Full driving license, and love of being out and about with your salons
