A pioneering, science-led skincare company is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to propel the growth of their Salon Partnerships network.
Key Responsibilities:

Foster collaborative, productive partnerships with accounts across the region through high- level communication and outstanding service

Deliver account-specific, engaging presentations that educate salon staff and promote the company’s portfolio of innovative products

Identify and maximise opportunities to expand listings, conduct team training, increase treatment offerings

Continuously develop creative ways to engage accounts and motivate them to achieve ambitious sales targets

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with broader business objectives
Candidate Requirements:
- Record of success in business development for a hair, beauty or wellbeing brand
- Excellent presentation and training skills to educate clients
- Commercially astute with solid analytical and negotiation skills
- A creative mindset and can-do attitude
- Experience of running a territory or area, selling into hairdressers, salons or clinics
- Full driving license, and love of being out and about with your salons
