Luxury spa products brand Coastal Salt & Soul has appointed Marina Randolph to join its Board of Directors.
The brand, based in California, US, specialises in premium products for the luxury spa sector.
Randolph previously worked at La Lumière, where she served as Chief Revenue Officer. In her new role, she will work closely with Coastal Salt & Soul’s Founder Alisa Marie Beyer.
One of the company’s aims is to grow into a “powerhouse player” in the prestige bathroom product and body care market.
Beyer said the company was “very pleased” to add Randolph to the team. She said: “Marina has an incredibly impressive background in the beauty and direct-to-consumer industry. Her unique, cross-functional background transcends major beauty blockbusters like Murad, Beachbody and Guthy-Renker, to start-ups like La Lumière and Breakthrough In Beauty.
“Randolph’s established experience and validated success are exactly what we are looking for as we continue to build our board.”
Randolph is respected for her experience in both start-up and established business environments. She is credited for helping achieve fast growth of fledgling and billion-dollar corporations, and leading the launches of illuMask, Proactiv Solution, Principal Secret, Timeless Secret and Derm Exclusive.
Randolph said: “I have known Alisa for many years, and her passion for connecting with women through the development of innovative and compelling products and brands has been an inspiration to me throughout my career – and Coastal Salt & Soul is no exception.
“With its consistently increasing revenues, industry accolades and growing sales partnership opportunities, the brand is in a fortuitous position for me to join its Board of Directors, and I couldn’t be more excited to begin.”
Coastal Salt & Soul products include Blissful Body Butter, Heavenly Hand Cream and small-batch scented candles.
