We are looking for a commercially-focused, strategic New Business, Key Account or Partnerships Manager to join a fast-growing company that creates tech tools for brands in the digital marketing space.
Using skills acquired through roles with major beauty multinationals, you will be responsible for establishing and nurturing relationships with retailers, publishers, agencies and more, with a focus on the beauty industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support development and implementation of the partner program strategy, in alignment with the company's goals and objectives
- Identify and recruit potential partners to drive growth and revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, proactively providing the resources and support they need to succeed
- Negotiate partnership agreements and terms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute partnership campaigns and initiatives
- Closely track KPIs and use insights to optimise plans or partnerships, and ensure targets are achieved
- Monitor industry trends and market developments to identify new opportunities
