CPL Aromas has announced the internal appointments to two senior positions, both in the UK.
Seth Ryan becomes Global Production Director and Elaine Brown is appointed General Manager for EU Manufacturing.
Seth Ryan joined CPL Aromas as a Compounder in 1991 and went on to become Shift Supervisor and then Factory Manager, prior to the introduction of automated procedures at the firm's Brixworth manufacturing plants.
Most recently he was Global Automation Manager, giving him involvement with several projects including: Colombian automation, Hong Kong automation, Brixworth automation, Dubai laboratory automation and the Dubai factory build and automation.
He began his career in fragrance manufacturing at Fritzsche Dodge and Olcott in the 1980s, and then went on to work in production and quality control at the fragrance house, Belmay.

Elaine Brown
Elaine Brown joined the Customer Service department CPL Aromas 18 years' ago, in November 1999, becoming the Customer Service Manager in May 2001, a post which took her to many divisions within the Group to train customer service personnel.
In August 2011, she became the Operations Manager for EU Manufacturing, responsible for the day to day operations of the manufacturing site. In this role she managed the Customer Services & Purchasing departments and also external logistics provider.
Elaine Brown took on the role of Acting General Manager in July 2017. She said: "I am in the unique position, having worked with all the departments and with a clear understanding of how the company functions and operates.
Being part of the implementation team for our Global ERP project has given me an insight into how the business and our other manufacturing sites work. This experience, along with my experience as Customer Services Manager, has enabled me to promote and achieve excellent customer service".
