Use your creativity and digital know-how to captivate and inspire the vibrant curly hair community. You will showcase the brand’s fabulous products on your own hair, so a head full of curly or textured
hair is a must for the role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media and influencer marketing strategies
- Produce engaging content and manage the newly launched TikTok channel, plus new channels in future
- Identify and onboard UK-based influencers as brand partners
- Grow the brand’s curly hair community through strategic collaborations
- Analyse campaign performance and seek out new opportunities
- Embrace an entrepreneurial, creative approach to marketing
Candidate Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience in digital marketing or social media within personal care; ideally hair care
- A deep understanding of what motivates the curly hair audience, how to engage and educate them and what makes curly hair unique
- Demonstrable video creation and editing skills
- An enthusiastic, organized team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- A strong interest in ecommerce, digital marketing, and all aspects of social media
