Head of Finance - London (Hybrid) - Up to £85,000

Lavandi Talent is currently working with a fantastic business within the Beauty and Personal Care Industry who are currently looking for a skilled and experienced Head of Finance to join their team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse financial data and metrics to provide actionable insights.
  • Develop and manage strategic planning, budgeting, and capital decisions.
  • Partner with external accountants and legal.
  • Apply startup financial expertise and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Develop a financial roadmap aligned with mission.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • At least 5 years’ experience in Finance analysis, ideally within the Beauty, Personal Care or FMCG sector.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field. MBA/CFA is a plus.
  • Proven experience in financial analysis and strategic planning.
  • Familiarity with equity-backed startups.
  • Strong analytical skills and adaptability.
  • Excellent organisation, time management & problem-solving skills
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Office, with strong knowledge of Excel.
