Consumers can feel like a kid in a candy store with a beauty twist when they enter royal pharmacist John Bell & Croyden's Wigmore Street location in London, UK, as it hosts French supplement brand Lashilé's first ever pop-up gummy vitamin bar.
Designed to provide a more delicious and luxurious alternative to pill-based beauty supplements, the vitamin specialist offers a wide variety of gummies to cater for consumers' health and beauty needs, including sweets to support the skin, hair and tanning.
Now, throughout this month, consumers can browse the brand's range of natural, vegan and allergen-free gummies including Good Skin, which is said to be the first global anti-ageing gummy to keep skin smooth and blemish-free; Good Hair, designed to accelerate hair growth while improving density and strength; Good Sun, featuring a blend of vitamins said to support a year-round tan by boosting and prolonging the tanning effect; and Good Clean, which helps protect against blemishes, pimples, acne and microcysts thanks to its blend of nettle, burdock, zinc, macadamia and grape seed extract.
Also available is the Good Diet and Good Slim gummies, which are designed to help consumers reduce snack cravings and support natural weight loss, while a dedicated Lashilé beauty expert will also be available three days a week to offer advice and help shoppers choose which vitamins are right to help them meet their beauty and wellness needs.
Speaking about the launch, Alexander Johnston, General Manager at John Bell & Croyden, said: “We are thrilled to be showcasing Lashilé’s unique take on traditional supplements and we look forward to welcoming customers to try the delicious range of skin and health boosting gummies in October.
“Looking after your health has never been so tasty!”
Consumer interest in beauty supplements has been steadily rising in recent years, with sales up by 11% in the UK in 2020 according to data by Kantar, and the likes of Sugarbear enjoying sweet success with its gummy-based hair and beauty boosters.
Available in more than 3,000 pharmacies in its native France, the new pop-up bar follows Lashilé's debut into British shores when it initially launched into John Bell and Croyden last year.
Priding itself on offering customers a luxury pharmacy experience with health and beauty services as well as a curated product selection, the pharmacist to Queen Elizabeth earlier this year expanded its in-store offering with its first clinical residency deal with Skin Design London Clinic, providing customised skin care treatments for shoppers.
