Mary Kay has appointed Nathan Moore as President of its North America region.
Moore will be tasked with guiding the beauty brand in the US and Canadian markets.
Moore suceeds Darrell Overcash, who served in the role for the past ten years. Overcash will retire in January 2017 after more than 20 years in the company.
Long-serving employees
Moore has also been a long-time employee at Mary Kay. He joined the company as a staff attorney in 1995 and over 20 years has held several leadership positions in the legal department.
For the past 13 years, Moore has worked as Mary Kay’s Chief Legal Officer and Secretary, managing legal, public affairs, risk management, corporate communications and CSR projects.
As President, Moore will be based in the company’s global headquarters in Addison, Texas.

Moore was a founding member of the Mary Kay Culture Committee, the main goal of which is to preserve the culture and values of company founder Mary Kay Ash.
Prior to joining Mary Kay, Moore earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance from Texas A&M University with honours, and a law degree from St. Mary’s University in San Antonio, Texas.
