Key Responsibilities:
- Provide training and education for retail staff across London
- Organise events and activities to drive customer engagement and sales
- Build strong relationships with retail staff to promote brand knowledge and product expertise
- Deliver exceptional customer service, increasing sales and loyalty
- Meet sales targets and suggest plans to help achieve KPIs
- Conduct product demonstrations and makeovers to drive sales conversions
- Reporting, merchandising, problem-solving, and embodying the brand's values
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience in a similar role within the beauty/cosmetics industry
- An outgoing, energetic people-person who loves traveling around the region
- Top-notch people skills and a real knack for outstanding customer service
- Committed to tracking sales and hitting targets every time
- Genuine passion for the beauty industry, flexible to work weekends and busy shopping periods
