Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact for customer accounts, handling enquiries and updates
- Manage sales reports, order entry, and shipment coordination
- Prepare and communicate pricing and other information for accounts
- Assist with analysis, presentations, and driving sales efforts
- Coordinate new product launches, promotions, and marketing initiatives
- Support office administration, events, and other operational tasks
- Experience in a similar role, working with beauty, cosmetic or fragrance brands selling in UK or global retail is essential. Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft or other sales related software is a strong advantage.
