Are you a proactive and commercially-savvy Account Management expert, from a beauty brand background?
One of the world’s fastest-growing and most influential beauty brands is looking for a Senior Account Manager to propel sales growth across major retail partners in the EMEA. As brand ambassador, you'll cultivate strong relationships and provide exceptional support to some of the region’s largest retailers.
Key Responsibilities
- Build relationships that drive success with key accounts including Sephora Europe and Douglas Europe
- Formulate and agree joint business plans, identifying growth opportunities and executing strategic plans
- Understand key account needs, provide excellent daily support, and deliver agreed KPIs
- Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams on all areas relating to your accounts
- Work closely with the Education Team to plan retailer and retail staff trainings and events
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitive insights
- Plan and lead regular meetings and reviews with key accounts
Candidate Requirements
- Retail Account Management experience, including Sephora or Douglas, ideally both
- Success in driving sales through retail, ecommerce, and digital marketing strategies
- Negotiation prowess with a record of surpassing sales targets
- Interpersonal and cross-cultural adaptability, to work with diverse teams and regions
- Proactive, analytical mindset, able to interpret data and spot trends to fuel growth
- Enthusiasm for domestic and international travel opportunities
