Do you build productive relationships across international markets with ease?
Joining an industry-leading, disruptive haircare brand, your focus will be on driving growth through the company’s European distributor. With listings in stores across the region, including Sephora and Douglas, you will oversee strategy and execution of all activities including promotions, assortment, and branding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take full responsibility for achieving sales budgets and margin targets
- Formulate and execute account-specific strategies, gaining buy-in from internal and external stakeholders
- Provide commercial focus and lead, analysing performance, driving forecasts, managing pricing and negotiating contracts
- Build brand awareness through strategies and promotions, improving all consumer touchpoints
- Stay ahead of industry trends and innovations, sharing customer-focused information, ideas and solutions with the wider team
Candidate Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience managing international distributors within beauty. Hair category experience is a plus
- Experience with Sephora and Douglas is a strong advantage
- Fluency in French and English. Additional European languages are a bonus
- Self-motivated, able to use own initiative and also work in a team
- Excellent organisational and negotiation skills
This is a hybrid role, with 3 days per week in the Central London office.
