The Red Tree is now offering strategic consultancy for brands and businesses in the Middle East. The region is projected to grow at a CAGR of 12% according to McKinsey & Company but is a complicated market for brands to navigate given its operational requirements and cultural considerations.
The Red Tree Middle East Office is based in Dubai and staffed by team members with significant experience of launching and growing beauty brands across the entire region.
"In the last five years we’ve worked extensively in the Middle East region organically. Due to the growing opportunity of the region and the success that we’ve seen to date, we have expanded our resource accordingly. We believe there is a huge opportunity to combine our global Strategic Consulting standing with local knowledge to successfully grow beauty brands in the region.” Fiona Glen, Director of Projects, The Red Tree.
The Red Tree’s services are targeted at entrepreneurs developing beauty brands to launch in the Middle East as well as established international brands that are seeking to launch in the region. In addition, The Red Tree can provide localised beauty sector specific advice to investors and financial teams.
To coincide with the launch, The Red Tree has published a series of articles to help brands and businesses navigate the beauty sector in the region. The Middle East Beauty Hub covers operational advice including explanations of the routes to market available, considerations pre-launch, and regulatory guidance. The Hub will contain first hand stories from brand founders operating in the region. In addition, The Red Tree has partnered with investment banking firm, Herax Partners, to produce a set of articles providing deep analysis and commentary on beauty investment in the region.
