L’Oréal USA has announced the winners of its second Inclusive Beauty Fund, which supports small US business owners and entrepreneurs.
Under this tranche, a total of 40 recipients have been awarded one-time grants.
The beauty giant’s programme was created in collaboration with US civil rights organisation the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP) and is now also supported by fellow NGO Hispanic Federation and grant administrator GlobalGiving.
The NAACP and Hispanic Federation each awarded 20 one-time grants of $10,000, providing financial support and resources to small businesses and entrepreneurs.
“L’Oréal USA is thrilled to celebrate the extraordinary entrepreneurs recognised by this year’s Inclusive Beauty Fund,” said L’Oréal Groupe’s Chief Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Officer for North America, Liliahn Majeed.
“They are shaping a more inclusive future for the beauty industry, and their commitment to bringing products, services, and education to communities across the nation such that more people feel seen and considered is truly inspiring.”
